David B. Malone A former senior sales executive and co-owner of a company specializing in fundraising systems for churches, David combines 20 years of practical business experience at several firms with 10 years of development experience including capital campaigns, feasibility studies, annual giving, and development assessments. Based in Waunakee, David serves clients in Madison and South-Central Wisconsin as well as in the Milwaukee area.
Mary C. McCann Also a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), Mary holds a Master of Arts degree in development and philanthropy. She brings over 15 years experience in directing resource development programs for a variety of nonprofit organizations in southeastern Wisconsin .Her specialties include capital campaigns, major gift fundraising, annual campaigns, board development, strategic planning, volunteer training, and development planning. Mary has worked with advisory committees and boards in communities throughout the state to expand their fundraising opportunities.
Pamela Y. Mattox Pam offers more than 17 years of resource development experience, including 10 years in higher education. Skills in journalism, PR, sales and marketing prepared her for all aspects of the fundraising profession, particularly foundation relations and major gift work. Pam specializes in comprehensive annual programs, as well as capital campaigns and church campaigns. She is a member of the Association of Lutheran Development Executives (ALDE). She holds a Master of Arts degree in liberal studies and has earned the Certified Fund Raising Executive credential.

Richard J. Lesniak, Firm Advisor From the vantage of executive positions at Marquette University, Northwestern University, and the Medical College of Wisconsin, Rich brings the expertise and wisdom of 38 years of fundraising experience. Rich views the ongoing pursuit of major gifts as the heart of successful fundraising. As a retired Partner, Rich serves as an Advisor to the firm.
